Mélanie provides legal counsel and assistance regarding civil liability issues of industry companies and corporations.  She benefits from more than fifteen years of experience in amicable and court cases, defending manufacturers, fitters, resellers of goods or services and their insurers, in claims involving bodily injury, material and immaterial damages.

In addition, she assists you in litigation related to employment liability, on behalf of insurers and their insureds who are sued before the social division of the Civil Court, following the claim of an employee who is a victim of a work-related accident. She is also involved in insurance-related issues surrounding this risk of liability.
