Benjamin has advised you on insurance-related matters dedicated to business risks for more than twelve years. He is renowned for his experience in property damage insurance and subrogatory actions. He also successfully deals with casualty insurance in the defense of manufacturers, fitters and resellers of manufactured products.

Benjamin also benefits from legal experience previously gained working for brokers (VERSPIEREN, DIOT), especially in professional liability.

He earned degrees in both insurance and civil/commercial contract law.  He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.
